Surprising to some (most), Belgians love their bolognese. We've put together a house bolognese merging Sicilian, Maltese and North African flavors into a rich meat sauce, served with organic imported semolina tagliatelle, mussels, and the creamiest burrata.
We offer our tagliatelle and bolognese in three different forms.
